Description: Job Responsibilities:

• Daily accounting of all transactions such as bank /cash payments & receipts
• Prepare tax invoice and receipts for sales
• Prepare payment request for payments
• Basic Knowledge of UAE VAT rules and regulations
• Prepare monthly reports including but not limited to Balance Sheet, Income Statement, cash flow report and budget forecast
• Provide support to agents and brokers during the sales process, including preparing documents Tenancy contracts and Sales Contract etc.,
• Communicate with customers, other agents, and service providers throughout the transaction process.
• Administrative duties, to include copying, filing, answer incoming calls, send response emails and co-ordinate the conveyance of properties.
• Coordinate with the Developers for registration, sales process and collection of commission
• Assist Management and Admin Team when required


• Able to handle multiple priorities within tight time constraints
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving 
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Proficient with technology such as Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, CRM and Google Apps. Experience with other real estate technology preferred.
• Candidates must be organized, resourceful and with a friendly focus on customer service.
• Preferably with Real Estate Experience in Dubai
• Holding UAE Driving License is a plus point
