Job Description
  • Experience in sales and business development or rental of construction heavy equipments ie, Tower cranes , Mobile cranes , concrete machineries, Foundation machineries in local market as well as MENA region .
  • Must have sound knowledge about technical information and specs of the construction heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Monitor and report on upcoming opportunities within U.A.E and other locations identified as of Interest
  • Maintaining and creating existing and new customer database.
  • Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
  • Generating MIS reports and to update the management about sales and service performance and facilitate the decision making process
  • Carry out market research, competitor and identifying new business opportunities to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability¬†
  • Handling of all sales and logistical activities involved in both international and domestic sales and rental
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategy to reflect market conditions, when necessary
  • To prepare quotation/tenders/proposals based on customer requirement and approved price list, if required consulting with the Products Department, Inventory & logistics department for pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with order-processing & Operations staff.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented .
Job Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
