Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content and support the sales team with the development of marketing materials.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  • Attend educational conferences
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Research and monitor current and relevant market trends and apply the same in social strategies.
  • Streamline and execute digital programs across a host of different platforms.
  • Experience researching concepts and translating them into a unique perspective or argument.
  • Copywriting and Brand management.
  • Develop strategies for online advertising, website strategy and social media.
  • Liase with international teams
  • 4- 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • BSc degree in Marketing or Advertising or relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with WordPress, salesforce and Pardot is a plus.

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

  • Ability to mould camaigns and strategy across all digital platforms.

  • Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as as campaign budgets and schedules.

  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
