Desired Candidate's Job Profile (Job Requirements)
  • Provide customer service, answers inquiries, receive and answer calls from clients
  • Ability to successfully take an average of 25-40 inbound calls per day during non-peak times and 40-50+ inbound calls per day during peak times.
  • Investigate and resolve member inquires in a timely manner or escalate to appropriate team member
  • Helping new customers through the onboarding process
  • Providing support to existing customers
     
Job Requirements
  • Arabic speaking is must 
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills both English and Arabic
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in use of MS Windows and related Office products
  • High energy and motivation to succeed
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a Real Estate environment will be an advantage
  • Ability to function effectively under pressure
  • Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
