As Corporate Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the restaurants facilities to prospective clients and co-coordinating their events to ensure business targets for revenue and profits are achieved. You will be responsible for networking existing clients and developing new contacts to make the venue of choice and grow revenue in line with budget expectations. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Meeting clients face to face to present creative event opportunities, regular touring of event facilities, professional proposal writing and diligent follow-up.
  • Building and maintaining working relationships with internal and external partners, and leverage these relationships to deliver innovative and memorable events.
  • Overseeing the collective coordination of all event information and resources, and responsible for account management and business development.
  • Maintaining well-organized event records, coordinating event logistics, proactively communicate event information, and set clear expectations for event delivery.
  • Continuously focus on improving customer satisfaction to create customer loyalty and deliver a positive event experience.
  • Prepare detailed event reports, including sales data worksheets, cost projections, and other financial metrics always consolidating the information into actionable event plans.
  • Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators are achieved (KPI’s).
  • Provides support to the Marketing Manager in planning and on-site execution of large events.
  • Manages customer relationships through drafting proposals and contracts, responding to customer inquiries, as well as organizing arrangements as they relate to social and corporate events ie: set-up and execution of social and corporate meetings, meals and special events.
  • Outlines all details of bookings in the form of banquet event orders and other reports so as to provide timely information to other departments regarding set up, purchasing and scheduling needs.
  • Liaises with other department team members to communicate information and ensure customer satisfaction and restaurant profitability.
Summary of Qualifications & Experience A. Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in MS Office suite
B. Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in Sales management experience preferably in hospitality or F&B retail industry.
  • Must have excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
  • Experience in developing events sales plans, advertising and promotions.
  • Experience in retail food marketing is an advantage.
  • Organization and planning skills.
