Desired Candidate's Job Profile (Job Requirements)
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience on services related industry / fitout / contracting. Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings, managing the executives business calendar, confirming appointments, and placing and returning phone calls.
  • Often reads mail, writes correspondence, creates meeting agendas, perform clerical and administrative work.
  • The role may serve in a professional catch-all capacity, doing everything from taking lunch orders, arranging conference calls, reserving meeting venues, booking travel and trouble-shooting tech issues.
  • Preparing papers for meetings, taking minutes of meeting.
  • Planning, conducting research, and preparing presentations.
Skills and Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
  • Proven experience as an administrative support / secretarial
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS -PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
