We are looking for the position of Hr Assistant for Khamas Hospitality: THE IDEAL HUMAN RESOURCES & TRAINING ASSISTANT MUST HAVE:
  • Previous exposure in a busy high-volume environment and good experience in administration, having great attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently and persuasively communicate to front line associates, as well as management and executives
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to details and the ability to prioritize in order to increase efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, deliver exceptional customer service and be a great team player
  • Worked in multicultural and multilingual environments and be creative, pro-active, dynamic
  • Creative, proactive
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Previous involvement in training/learning & development related role
MAIN PURPOSE OF HUMAN RESOURCES & TRAINING ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • To actively contribute to providing a pro-active, effective and business focused Human Resources solutions to the Hotel, with particular focus on administration, training, recruitment and employees’ relations.
  • To provide effective administrative support in relation to all employee related issues, maintaining personnel database, new starters and leavers administration, consolidating reports, assisting in organizing staff events and social activities.
  • To be a first point of contact for all Human Resources matters and to provide friendly and efficient HR administration and recruitment service to all Heads of Departments and individual employees.
  • To support the HR Officer and Cluster Manager with the daily operational tasks to achieve them in timely manner.
