We are looking for Logistics Coordinator
  • Stock control, inventory, delivery orders, delivery time, client coordination, dealing with suppliers/vendors for materials/coordination with production manager etc. are keywords which are important responsibilities in this position.
  • Leading a team of operations executive.
  • Possesses HR & Admin skills.
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as logistics coordinator
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
