Job Responsibilities Specific duties for this role include:
  • Resolve complex problems for customers quickly and with the highest quality delivery mainly using call support platforms
  • Communicate promptly and effectively to various levels internally at ZIRO and externally to ZIRO users as needed
  • Triage urgent issues, escalate to appropriate stakeholders and drive them to resolution as necessary
Job Qualifications
  • Willing to have a night working schedule; expected to work on holidays.
  • Proven excellent working experience as Call Center Sales Representative focused on-call support.
Communication Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to listen effectively; to confidently and diplomatically express opinions and voice concerns with other team members
  • Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
