The Role The overall aim of the role is to effectively handle the assigned administrative functions. The main tasks involved in the role are:
  • To always answer the telephone in a professional and engaging manner
  • To transfer calls and messages effectively to colleagues
  • To greet office visitors in a professional and helpful way
  • To coordinate the signing off of all client reports
  • To proofread and double check all reports for errors and inconsistencies
  • To handle all courier and shipment requests
  • To execute all assigned administrative functions as per Spearheads standards
  • To serve as a back-up for any Administrator, who is absent or on leave
