We are currently looking for Bilingual Parent Relations and Marketing Officer, who will be responsible for all communications with the existing and new parents and also supporting with Marketing initiatives of the school. The detailed job description for this role will be as below: Parent Engagement Meetings
  • Support Principal and SLT with arrangement of Coffee with Principal and Parent Council Meetings.
  • Prepare agenda, other documents and presentation as required in discussion with SLT and Principal.
  • Attend Parent Council Meetings and Parent Coffee mornings to ensure all the arrangements are in place and taking action plan from the meeting and notes on the discussion.
  • Support Principal and business development team with translation in Arabic as required.
Parent Communication
  • Ensure all the Parent Communication is checked by Principal or SLT or Business Development Director as required.
  • Efficient and timely communication with parents as required.
  • Attend to all the Parent complains, queries and issues and follow up with the person responsible until the issue is completely sorted.
  • Parent communication documentation and log is updated all time and process for the Parent issues is followed through.
  • Ensure Principal and/or SLT and personnel involved are communicated and informed of all the parent matters.
School Care Project
  • Take the ownership of the project and ensure timely and accurate information is communicated with all the people involved.
  • Collect the data for the school care and ensure all the findings are communicated.
  • Set up the process for daily, weekly and monthly reporting on the project.
  • Should have updated all the information at all the times and support with analysis of the reports.
Curricular and Extra Curricular School Activities
  • Support and assist on all the School Activities and new projects.
  • Communicate and arrange meetings and training to support the project.
  • Set up processes for the activities and ensuring the processes are followed through.
  • Support with marketing material printing and distribution for the activities and promotion.
  • Support with activities and promotion to our end customers/ parents.
Support to Board
  • Assist the board members with arranging meetings and managing diaries.
  • Taking notes during meetings of board members.
  • Screening of CVs for Arabic and Islamic staff recruitment and arranging interviews.
  • Communicating correct and complete information to HR about interviews.
Support Strategic Partnership
  • Communicate with identified key partners in the school area to support enrolments and/or promotional activities for the school.
  • Attending meetings with identified partners if required.
  • Support and assist with developing marketing materials for the promotion activities.
  • Ensure the brochures and flyers are distributed to the staff as per the plan.
  • Arrange for training of all staff involved in the activity and communicate meetings as required.
  • Be able to identify the importance and urgency of the situation and report to the right people accordingly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED5,000.00 to AED6,500.00 /month Experience:
  • Front Office in UAE School: 1 year (Preferred)
