The Role
  • Point of contact for the customers service and repairs booking - Schedules the collection & delivery of machines from and to customer site. - Prepare repair estimate and send to customer for approval and follow up - Responsible to keep track of all repairs and ensure timely completion - Responsible for inventory management - ensure timely availabity of stock used for repairs by coordinating with the Purchase Department. - Responsible for scheduling site visits of technicians - Ensures that the physical stock in the warehouse matches with the internal ERP system. - Communicates with the supplier for warranty and claims. - Issues repair invoices and coordinates with customers for the collection of payments upon delivery. - Responsible for the custody and disbursal of petty cash - Arrange Cash and Cheque Collections received and remittance to head office without delay. - Responsible for display arrangements in the showroom.
  • Male - High school diploma or equivalent - At least two years of working experience as a SAS Coordinator in the middle east - Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems - Working knowledge of hand tools, common appliances and devices - Experience managing repairs from acceptance to delivery on time - Strong managerial, organizational, technical, communication and negotiation skills - Proficient MS Office skills (including Excel and Word) - English language is a must - Driver license will be an advantage
