ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Training and Assisting Customers with on-boarding process.
  • Providing Remote and on-site Support to the Customers.
  • Manage supplier incident (ticket & follow up)
  QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • Good Understanding of Call center Platforms, VoIP and SIP
  • Hands-on Experience with Linux OS
  • Fundamental Networking knowledge about Routers, VPN and Firewall.
  • Good understanding of API & WebSocket concept
