Primary Responsibilities:   1.Contribute to direct sales based on agreed criteria. 2.Penetrate and develop major strategic accounts and new prospects in chosen business segments. 3.Perform sales presentations to those prospects, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals 4. Manage direct sales in assigned territory. 5.Develop indirect sales network and partnerships 6.Create a network, resellers, distributors to expand SamTech in assigned territory. 7. Coordinate assigned territorial and account sales with corporate sales functionsand report sales activity 8.Contribute to marketing strategies and plans to identify opportunities in territory 9.Identify and properly qualify business opportunities 10. He must create selling ideas and methodical procedures and uses them to attract the clients outside the country and persuades them to buy the solutions and services. 11.Lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure 12.Manage complex sales cycles and multiple engagements simultaneously 13.Work with sales executives to discover, identify, and meet customer requirements 14.Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting via CRM. 15.Serve as a Sales project manager to ensure the success of potential or current clients 16.Achieving revenue targets for the company and setting key performance indicators. 17.Meeting with the Sales Executive on regular basis to assess company performance against KPI’s. 18.Presenting sales results to the top management on a quarterly and annual basis. 19.Speaking at conferences and events about the company’s solutions and services. 20.Implementing sales strategies across the company and monitoring effectiveness. 21.Keeping a close eye on the projects sales activities of competitors and utilizing ideas where appropriate. 22.Overseeing performance management of under-performing Sales Executives. 23.Working closely with the national/international accounts team in order to secure large accounts. 24.Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales. 25.Ensuring the organization has an effective sales training programmed to educate the sales executives who is reporting to you. 26.Working with members of the board on budgeting and planning. 27.Negotiating agreements for contracts with customers and ensuring commerciality. 28.Implementing an effective Projects sales pipeline and lead tracking process. 29.Ensuring the CRM is being used effectively and provides a competitive advantage. 30.Backing up the international authorities and the government executives with specialized support and task enforcement for all the international sales plans and programs. 31.Implementing best practice in Projects sales techniques throughout the department. 32.11.
