The following are the responsibilities of the admin executive we are looking to hire: - Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to sell our courses and programs.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
- Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
- Keeping a track of the in-bound leads and follow-up with them consistently
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to management team to ensure smooth and successful operations
- Maintain proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking all documentation
- Draft excellent written communication, including letters, memos, emails, and proposals
- Handle company email accounts, including strong responses and follow-ups with leads and inquiries
- Creating and maintaining all student records, including application, registration forms and all documentation required for each course/ qualification
- Prepare cash books and monthly bank reconciliation statements
- Raise invoices and issue receipts
- Preparing monthly salaries and updating WPS
- Develop databases to support with marketing processes and analysis to continuously improve student recruitment effectiveness Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Ms Office, including word, ppt and excel
- Proficiency using Outlook, including calendar and scheduling functions
- Reporting skills
- Accounting skills and experience
- Marketing / Negotiation Skills
