We are looking for Web Developer
  1. Constant communication with the Marketing Department to understand relevant content, efficiency, functionality, updates etc.
  2. Maintaining or enhancing the website once built. Ensure to resolve any risks affecting the website or seek third party support for the same.
  3. Planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and services using web applications and programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, API’s and jQuery etc. make sure business is built on right platforms. Be updated on new technologies and link o build our business.
  4. Carry out both UI/UX tasks efficiently.
  5. Pay attention in detail to all the tasks carried out.
  6. Create engaging, informative and motivating website layouts and functionality focused towards the target audience.
  7. All Company websites are created for a user-friendly experience.
  8. Ensure all websites are Desktop, mobile and tablet optimized.
  9. Ensure the security principles are in place on all web-based applications i.e. E-commerce websites.
  10. Work with the reporting personnel to ensure the company websites are up-to-date with content, campaign information, images etc.
  11. Ensure the final work is visually appealing and functional being in line with brand guidelines. i.e. website themes.
  12. Planning concepts by studying the relevant information provided on the design brief form.
  13. Ensure all websites and landing pages are SEO friendly, Mobile Optimized and error/bugs free at all times.
  14. Ensure all links are working with no errors or broken URLs.
  15. Brainstorm new, creative and innovative growth strategies with the Reporting Personnel.
  16. Develop excellent communication, creative, and multi-tasking skills to meet the Company performance standards.
  17. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  18. Update and highlight the latest trends and best practices for both online and offline marketing to the Reporting personnel.
  19. Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Report useful findings to the reporting personnel.
  20. Monitoring competitors position online i.e. websites, social media and provide brief feedback to the reporting personnel.
  21. Ensure every task carried out is ‘Google friendly’.
  22. Ensure every task carried out is in line by international and local laws and regulations i.e. across social media, mention of news about renowned people or brands, customer images and feedback etc.
  23. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
  24. Confirm the correct usage of all content ensuring in line with the Company standards.
  25. Complete daily and weekly tasks assigned by the reporting personnel in a timely manner to obtain sufficient results; All tasks to be in line with the reporting personnel’s instructions and approval.
  26. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing the tasks as needed.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
  • At least 2 - 5 years of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, Ruby)
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
